lalaoshi friending me. I always read his burning shui zhu and ma la posts with great interest and often ask my students to discuss them (with little success though; seems they are more or less comfortable agreeing with my criticism and grumbling about dark sides of life in China but still quite reluctant to admit rightness of another laowai saying practically the same things).
One question however frets me,lalaoshi, do you read Russian? :)
